ITW is always listed in FORTUNE American Company 200 and is ranked as 414th in FORBES Global 2000 in 2011.   ITW China Automotive is the important Key Business as the flagship of ITW in China. It serves OEMs and Tier suppliers in China with plastic and metal components and fasteners totaling approximately US$170M at 2013Y in revenues in China. The group is a high growth platform with 2017 project revenues of US$450M. Position Summary/Purpose 职位概述(设立目的): Lead the business in the fastener products for Korean OEM and Handle all the commercial and program management activities with account manager.  Support the other issues at customer side. Job Responsibilities 工作职责: 1. Identify and analyze sales opportunities at existing and new accounts for fastener products 2. Optimize sales leads, determine customer needs, generate proposals and close sales for fastener products 3. Contact and meet with existing and potential customers and represent the Company 4. Report sales results, forecasts and opportunities on a regular basis to high-level management 5. Develop and update account strategies on a short-term as well as on a long-term basis 6. Promote fastener products to customers and support application engineering issues. 7. Manage the projects launch process and lead engineering communication with customer program team- PD, STA. 8. Developing specific and clear project plan for each projects and manage the process from milestone management, budget analysis and control, risk management to make a good achievement of projects targets; 9. Organize and coordinate relevant person & team to make a good division cooperation between different department, leading APQP team and regular project meeting internally; 10. Bridging gap between operation team and customer, capable of facing and solving the problems with either party, transfer customer’s requirement into operation correctly; 11. Managing delivery of sampling & prototype, PPAP documentation and design changing process etc. 12. Manage a good communication both internally and with customer in all process; 13. Ensure all the documentation follows TS16949 procedure and customer’s specific requirements; 14. Performs other related duties locally as assigned.             Position Qualifications 任职要求: 1. Good understanding and experience of Sales or Program Management in Auto industry. 2. Fair knowledge for technical products and plastic injection, tooling, process engineering knowledge; 3. Fastener product experience is preferred. 4. Experience in automotive industry would be an advantage 5. Fluent in Korean, both verbal and written 6. Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure;
