Overall Purpose of Job:工作内容概述：Finish the daily work arrangement of senior mold engineer.完成高级模具工程师日常工作安排。Implement tooling development according to the procedure required byquality system, guarantee tooling could satisfy requirement of products.根据质量体系的要求来开发模具，确保模具满足产品要求。   Major Responsibilities:主要职责：1.       Preparetechnology requirement of new tooling and prepare the tooling RFQ at CQA stage.在CQA阶段准备新模具技术需求和模具的RFQ文件。 2.       Completetasks of tooling design and develop with best quality, lowest cost, andshortest time at new project stage;在新项目阶段以最快时间，最低成本，最好质量来完成新模具的设计开发。 3.       Establishand continuous improve data base of tooling to support tooling designoptimization.建立和持续完善模具设计数据库来支持和优化模具设计。 4.       Completetechnology documents required by quality system.根据质量体系的需求来完成技术类文件。 5.       Assistproduct development dept complete tasks of products design.辅助产品开发部门完成产品设计工作。 6.       Assist productionteam to solve technology issue that happens in daily production.日常工作中，辅助产品团队解决技术问题。 7.       Completetemporary work arranged by senior mold engineer and supervisor or manager..完成高级模具工程师以及主管或经理安排的临时工作。 8.       Responsiblefor the preparation of process documents, saving and distributing of managementfor pilot run order and original record form etc.负责准备过程文件，保存和发布试生产订单和原始记录。 9.       Workwith quality dept and account manager positive to prepare correct action andprovide service of customer required after got products complaint or submitchanges requirement from customer, finally make customer satisfication.在有客户抱怨或客户变更时，积极配合质量部门和销售经理提出改善方案，确保客户满意。 10.    Continuing   improve the tooling status during the daily production.日常生产中，持续改善模具状态。 11.    Quickly   response to figure out solution when toolingbreakdown during production process.生产过程中模具损坏，需快速反应给出解决方案。 12.    Negotiationwith tooling supplier  to get good solutionand good repair price.和模具供应商沟通以便得到好的解决方案和低的价格。  Key Competencies:关键能力：Good command of computer skills and with basiccapability of English application;熟练操作电脑和基础的英语应用能力； Familiar with operation of quality system, acceptedrelevant training, understood how implement quality standard;熟悉质量体系，接受过相应的培训和理解如何应用质量标准； Have ability of open style for thinking and study;有很强的思考和学习能力。 Familiar with raw material, process and qualitystandard of all products.熟悉所有产品的物料、过程和质量标准。 Proficient at ability to solve special problem；能够很好的解决特殊问题的能力。 Proficient at judgment and decision;有很好的判断和决断能力。 Be good at exchange and communication, betterability of coordination, understanding and contradiction & conflictsolving.有很好的沟通协调能力，能够很好的解决冲突和矛盾。 Havebasic ability of budget and cost control. 有基本的预算和成本控制能力。 Familiarwith 2d/3d software operate (eg. Auto CAD/UG/Catia).熟练操作2d/3d软件（例如：CAD/UG/CATIA）。   Education and Experience:教育和经验：Junior college above withbackground of science and engineering or management3 years practice experience ofinjection molding production and technology relate to automotive field .理工科 大专类专业注塑或相关行业3年以上工作经验
