Job Responsibility:Support dealers and branches regarding marketing material and marketingactivitiesPrepare and control marketing account and invoices, monthly budget andreport including expenses claims related to business trips and departmentalexpensesMaintain accurate and systematic filing system and documentationmanagement of all marketing recordsProvide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support toMarketing Director Assist in coordinating events, seminars, exhibitions, greeting dealers and business partners, planning and executing marketing programs Manage communication and contact with suppliers, printers, marketing and advertising agencies Follow procurement on merchandising and marketing materials, source merchandising Administration of marketing material, brochures, merchandising including storage system, inventory, pricing of brochures and merchandising Take charge of storage Mgmt. Handle ad hoc projects as assignedRequirements:High degree of service orientationExcellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AccessFluent in English: oral and written; Chinese as mother tongue(proficient in written Chinese)Good understanding of numbers and calculationsSense for systematic approach, order and structure, detail-mindedProactive, responsible, highly motivated, absolutely reliable, loyal andhonest, forward thinking Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesSeveralyears of experience as secretary or assistant in an international company
