Responsibilities:岗位职责：Manage and organize the vehicle workshop and workshop team;管理并组织车辆车间工作和车间团队；Daily arrange of vehicle workshop activities. Repair and maintenance of the vehicles in 2-shift operation. Instrumentation of vehicle measurement technology;车间日常活动的安排。两班倒的维修保养工作安排。掌握汽车仪器测量技术；Management of standard parts, spare parts and vehicle which are handed over to the workshop;管理已交至车间的标准件，备件和车辆；Understands and meets FEV-quality-/ and 5S-standards;了解并满足FEV质量标准和5S标准；Support mechanical work if required.如有需要，支持机械相关工作。Requirements:职能要求：Minimum 5 years work experience in vehicle workshop or engine test benches or similar workshops;5年以上车辆车间、发动机测试台架或者类似车间的工作经验；Preferred with experience in leading a workshop or a team;有领导车间或团队的相关经验者优先；Professional knowledge of diesel / gasoline engines. Preferred with knowledge of high voltage vehicle systems (e.g. Hybrid, BEV) (theoretical and practical);拥有柴油机或汽油机的专业知识。有高压车辆系统知识者优先（例如：混合动力汽车，电动汽车）（理论和实践）；Open for continuous improvements and new working processes;持续的改进和更新工作流程；Good sense for preparation and organization.良好的准备和组织意识。Good communication in both chinese and English;很好的中英文沟通能力；
