Responsibilities岗位职责：1 .Newproduct design according to ISO and DIN standard      根据ISO与DIN标准进行新产品设计2. Duringdesign process, carry out investigation, analysis, calculation,develops/maintains/releases BOM, 3D models, 2D drawings, standards,specifications and QA system, etc.     设计过程中进行调查/分析/计算,创建/维护/释放BOM,模型,图纸,标准,规范与质量体系等3. Carryout product data change management in OA system      在OA系统中实施产品数据变更管理4. Supportingproduct validation activities.      支持产品验证试验5. Able tosolve product technical issues independently, guidethe supplier and involved internal departments    能够独立解决产品技术问题，并指导供应商或内部相关部门6. Supportcontinuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.      支持持续改进和降成本活动7. ProjectManagement from supplier nomination until product release in accordance withthe project targets.    整体项目管理, 从供应商开发直至产品放行达到项目目标 8. ContactPerson and responsible for supplier technical support.为供应商提供技术支持9. Complywith industry policies, procedures and laws.     遵守行业政策, 程序要求与法规Qualifications & Requirements任职资格及要求：1. Bachelor ormaster degree in mechanical engineering     机械相关专业本科或研究生2. Strongtechnical background of metal-cutting or mechanicalengineering.     在刀具机械工程方面具有很深的技术背景3. Knowledgeof international standards and industry customer requirements.    了解国际的标准和工业用户要求4. Basicknowledge of metal-cutting technology, manufacturingand assembling technologies.    了解金属切削技术, 加工技术和装配技术5. Basicknowledge of heat treatment technologies.    了解热处理技术6. Basic knowledgeof documentation process     了解文件存档流程7. At leasttwo years work experience in CAD software, UG experience will bepriority.至少两年以上使用设计软件经验, 能够使用UG者优先考虑8. Goodoral and written English skill, German is a plus熟练的英语书写与口语能力, 有德语表达能力是加分项9. Goodprofessional ethics良好的职业道德10. Strongsense of confidentiality较强的保密观念11. Careabout details and precision注重细节及精确性12. Self-motivatedand able to work under pressure能够自我激励并承受工作压力13. Able towork overtime if necessary必要时可以加班14.
