Job Responsibilities:

1.      New Projects 新项目

-        Consult designers and check new designs for manufacturing

-        Estimate tool costs for customer RFQs

-        Write tool specifications for new tools

书写新模具的模具规范

-        Communicate tool specifications to tool suppliers and check new tools against specifications.

与供应商沟通模具规范事宜, 并对照模具规范检查新模具.

-        Check tool designs from supplier

检查供应商提供的模具设计

-        Manage and trial new tools together with process engineer from T1 to tool release.

从第一次模具试制一直到模具放行期间, 与工艺工程师共同管理和试制新模具.

-        Manage LOP of new tools, address all problems and hand over a tool ready for production able to meet production demands

管理新模具的问题清单, 解决所有模具问题, 将模具完好地交给生产部, 满足生产需要.

-        Train end user and maintenance team regarding handling and maintenance of new tooling

向终端用户和维修部提供培训, 介绍如何使用和维护新模具

-        Provide work instructions for all tool related activities like insert changes or specifics for maintenance.

提供与模具相关的作业指导书, 如更换镶件或维修细节.

-        Manage tool drawings and create a tool book,.

2.      Factory Service 车间

-        Support in all activities regarding tool optimization, scrap reduction

在有关模具优化和降低报废方面给予支持.

-        Participate in cross functional teams to address scrap, quality and maintenance issues

参与跨部门小组, 解决产品报废、质量及维修问题.

Qualification

-        Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or very good practical experience.

学士学位, 主修机械工程专业, 或有很强的实践经验.

-        Very good command of English, able to communicate about technical subjects with foreigners.

英语良好, 能与外专就技术问题进行交流.

-        Tool design and concepts, ideally for automotive lighting

-        Ideally experience in tool making company as a tool designer, tool trial Engineer, Project Manager or in a MNC automotive supplier in a similar role.

-        3 to 5 years job experience in similar field.
